Miss Jackson's Drinks Company Refund Policy

At Miss Jackson's Drinks Company, we aim to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we are here to make the returns process simple.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 2 days) at info@missjacksonsdrinks.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please provide photographic evidence with your email. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.

Returns

For defective or incorrect items only, please contact us at info@missjacksonsdrinks.com to initiate a return. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Please note: Except for defective or incorrect items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for any other reason.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or incorrect items. If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the defective item (once approved) and make a new purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return for a defective or incorrect item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
