We are excited to offer Free Shipping on all orders over £80! 

Shipping Rates:

For orders under £80, our shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Information:

We currently deliver to addresses within mainland Britain only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles, the Scottish Isles, or the Isle of Man/Wight at this time. Orders are delivered via post or courier to the address provided during checkout, so please ensure it is accurate.

Please do not request delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, the Scilly Isles, or the Isle of Man/Wight, as we are unable to fulfill these orders. 

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. 

Dispatch & Delivery Time:

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of receipt. If your order has not arrived within 10 days from the date of order, please contact us at info@missjacksonsdrinks.com.

While we strive to deliver your order within 10 days, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery:

We cannot be held liable for late or failed deliveries if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete. If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, you may choose to have it re-sent at your expense or receive a refund minus the original shipping costs.

Business Deliveries:

For deliveries to business addresses, we consider the delivery successful if it is signed for by a representative at the reception area.
